We sell live plants and plant-related products. Availability may vary based on season and stock. We reserve the right to discontinue or replace items at our discretion.

We accept online payments via secure third-party gateways.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Order cancellations are only accepted via email at team@tapovanya.com, and must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations beyond this window cannot be processed as the order may already be in preparation or transit.
We work with tested and trusted delivery partners including Delhivery, XpressBees, and Express Courier.
Based on your location and order type, we select the most appropriate service for safe delivery.

Always record an unboxing video. It is mandatory for processing refund or replacement claims.
Accept the parcel on the first delivery attempt. We only process complaints for deliveries accepted on the first attempt.
Report any issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos and video. Delayed claims will not be eligible for resolution.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on live plants. We only offer refunds, replacements, or store credit in specific cases. These include:
We never ship dead plants. If your plant arrived dead but with intact packaging, it may be due to courier delays.
We may offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement after reviewing proper evidence.
If the plant is healthy, no action is taken.
If the plant is compromised, we offer a replacement or store credit (no refunds in this case).
Document the outer box before opening.
If the plant is dead or damaged due to outer trauma, we offer store credit only, as complaints must be raised with the courier.

Our plantable Thank You cards grow into basil saplings.

Damage caused by courier mishandling beyond the first delivery attempt.
Plant health issues resulting from delayed unboxing or failure to follow care instructions.
